Hill Robinson pioneered superyacht management. Since 2001, we have grown from a single office in the south of France to a global network, caring for some of the world’s most important superyachts with depth and expertise.
We have spent more than two decades guiding yachts and their owners through every stage of ownership, positioned close to the world’s most important yachting hubs so we can support owners, captains, and crew wherever a yacht sails. Through our sister brand, Moravia Yachting, we extend that support into the sales and charter market — covering the full lifecycle of a yacht, from acquisition to sale.
We act as your owner’s representative across new builds, refits, and bespoke projects, coordinating shipyards, designers, and specialists so your yacht is delivered on time, on budget, and exactly as you intended.
Our teams handle the day-to-day running of your yacht — operational support, safety and compliance, financial control, and technical management — keeping every system, budget, and requirement on track wherever you are.
We recruit, employ, and train the people who make life onboard work. From vetting and placement to payroll, compliance, and development through the Hill Robinson Academy, we help you build and keep strong crews.
Beyond core management, we provide corporate services, procurement, communications, aviation, and estates support, so every part of your world runs to the same standard you expect at sea.
Hill Robinson has 20 offices and 119 worldwide locations. Strategically located in key yachting hubs, we ensure continuous local intelligence and dedicated, premium support.
