The Learning Management Systems Administrator and Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Hill Robinson Academy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, administration, and coordination of the LMS, with a focus on Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading learning platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Academy and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless learning experiences and optimise the training and development process across the company.

This job involves administering the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it meets training goals and remains user-friendly. Responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, uploading learning materials, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, coordinating with content creators to develop engaging training content, scheduling deployments, and conducting quality checks are essential. Providing user support and training, generating and analyzing usage data for insights, integrating the LMS with other systems, and ensuring compliance with data security policies are also key aspects of the role.
