Scope of Services:

  • Managing project specifications, contracts, and coordination between the owner, shipyard, designers, consultants, and contractors
  • Providing technical supervision, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual, classification, and flag requirements
  • Overseeing sea trials, procurement, and the delivery of the completed project
