Xavier takes care of the superyacht fleet, covering varied technical aspects and refit projects plus, supporting the daily crew and managers. Born into a sailing family, Xavier gained a Masters in Mechanical Design Maintenance and Engineering before moving to Toulon in 2009 to develop a propulsion after-sales service Center (MTU Rolls Royce ZF dealership).

Xavier joined Hill Robinson in August 2015.
