About the role

Assistant Accountant, Conwy

To assist the Conwy Finance Team with key tasks in order to effectively report our UK and Group positions to key management and executive team regularly. The responsibilities entail a range of financial tasks, including bookkeeping duties for Corporate UK Entities and the handling of month-end journals as requested. Additionally, support is provided in preparing monthly group consolidation journals to ensure accurate financial reporting. Administration of group budgets and quarterly forecasts is managed, along with regular reporting on group receivables and payables, supplemented with insightful narratives. Financial analysis of entity and group management accounts is conducted as required. Assistance is also given in addressing Group and UK audit queries to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Moreover, coverage for the Financial Administrator role is provided to ensure operational continuity, and collaboration with colleagues is facilitated to assist wherever necessary, fostering a cohesive team environment.
