This position requires someone who is ‘Master’ at juggling many ‘balls’ at once with amazing communication skills along with exceptional administration and ‘people management’. Flexibility in hours shall be required (including weekend work) as well as the ability to work remotely. Previous yacht crew management essential including land based experience.
Highly competent in all office programs, reporting and supervising a small team. Ability to effectively and efficiently liaise with fleet yachts and other departments/offices within the company.
Fluent English (written/verbal) essential.

This position reports directly to the Company’s Directors and assist with high level decisions about policy and strategy. A successful Yacht Manager with Hill Robinson USA will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of the yachting industry. This position involves working to ensure resources are in place for the smooth and safe operation of our fleet vessels. Areas of responsibility include safety and compliance administration, technical and emergency support, crew management, financial administration and shoreside support.
