Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Introduction
As a provider of professional services within the superyacht and property management sector, we comply with all relevant and applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate and we are committed to a high standard of ethics and integrity in our business. We do not operate through extensive or complex supply chains for the purpose of our business and we consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and in our supply chain to be low.

Policies
Notwithstanding our assessment of the low risk, we are committed to ensuring that we do not permit or endorse practices such as modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or in our supply chain.

Before taking on a new client, we conduct checks to ensure that any issues relating to money laundering or other criminal enterprises, including modern slavery or human trafficking, are identified and reported.

In working for Hill Robinson, our staff are protected by our policies which are intended to reflect and uphold our commitment to a high standard of ethics and integrity in our business. Our policies are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are, and remain, comprehensive.

We are committed to ensuring fair working conditions for all employees and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our workforce. We expect employees to always demonstrate the highest ethical standards and to abide by all policies and legislative requirements that apply to our business.

Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes professional services providers and consultants, travel and accommodation providers, marketing and advertising service providers, office services and supplies, catering, cleaning, delivery, maintenance and repair, recruitment agencies and IT suppliers. We deal only with reputable suppliers of such goods and services and have a long-standing relationship with many of them.

We expect our suppliers to take all reasonable steps to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in their supply chains and operations. We continue to monitor and review our policies when engaging third-party suppliers to identify and mitigate against supply chain risks. If we find evidence of modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain we will immediately seek to terminate our relationship with the relevant supplier.

Governance
As a multi-jurisdictional provider of services, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking issues are considered at both a local and global level within our business and supply chain with robust and consistent measures put in place to address any identified risks.
