About the role

LMS Administrator, Chester Southampton Antibes

The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator is a pivotal role within the Hill Robinson Academy, responsible for the strategic management and optimisation of our learning platform, with a primary focus on Cornerstone OnDemand. This role supports both internal training and the delivery of Academy Online as a commercial product to external clients, making it central to a key business stream. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Academy and stakeholders across the business to ensure the LMS delivers a seamless, engaging, and high-quality learning experience. Key responsibilities include managing client communications via the Academy inbox, responding to queries professionally and promptly, maintaining accurate records for crew and staff, and creating polished monthly and quarterly reports that provide insights into usage, engagement, and performance. By ensuring system integrity, coordinating content, and providing user support, the LMS Administrator will contribute directly to the growth and success of the Academy as both an internal resource and an external revenue-generating service.
