Office Coordinator, Monaco
The Office Coordinator role is to maintain a pleasant and professional work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Responsible for the reception, they will be the brand ambassador of Hill Robinson and the first point of contact for our clients / suppliers either face to face or over the phone. Ultimately, the Office Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of the office/s and help to improve company procedures with a day-to-day basis administrative duties.
