Hailing from Cornwall where the sea affects all aspects of life, Conrad was sailing at the age of ten. Having studied Ship Science and Naval Architecture to Masters level at the University of Southampton, Conrad went on to work in defense, oil and gas. This included time offshore, marine warranty as well as design and project management.

With past sector experience encompassing yachts, offshore, commercial, ferries and a chartered engineer with over twenty years’ experience, Conrad joined the team in August 2017.
