Tracy has been working in human resources for 26 years. Over that time, she has been fortunate to work in a variety of industries: technology, transport and construction; and has worked alongside some truly inspiring people. Tracy has always enjoyed a blended role where she was able to be truly immersed in the business and to have the scope and autonomy to shape the future people strategy of the organisation.
