We vet and interview each candidate, ensuring every crew member we place meets operational, safety, and service standards. The outcome is professional, reliable teams who understand their roles and consistently deliver the experience you and your guests expect.

Scope of Services:

  • Managing the recruitment process from initial screening through to candidate selection and recommendation.
  • Verifying CVs, qualifications, experience, references and availability, including written and verbal references.
  • Confirming qualifications against safe manning requirements, interviewing candidates and recommending the most suitable crew.
