We take responsibility for the oceans we work on, the people we employ, and the communities we engage with. Every decision we make, and every initiative we launch, reflects that commitment.
We lead by action. We monitor and counterbalance our carbon footprint, and we support sustainable innovation—electric propulsion initiatives and environmentally conscious refits among them. Our teams receive targeted sustainability training, and small daily practices in our offices reinforce the same commitment.
Our responsibility extends to people and communities. We invest in wellbeing programmes for staff and crew, supporting mental, physical, and emotional health. Charitable giving is embedded in our culture, with every employee dedicating time to causes they care about.
We act with purpose and accountability. Carbon neutrality is independently verified, ESG progress is tracked transparently, and our Sustainability Department makes sure reporting is robust and evidence-based. From the Mediterranean to the Red Sea and Antarctic waters, our work adapts to regional challenges.
