Scope of Services:

  • Managing project specifications and supporting contract negotiations with the owner’s legal team and shipyard
  • Coordinating and supervising the project across naval architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and the shipyard, including technical oversight and procurement
  • Managing compliance and project delivery, including liaison with classification and flag authorities and attendance at sea trials
