Three areas: recruitment, employment, and training. We source and vet crew, employ them under compliant contracts with payroll and benefits administered, and develop them through the Hill Robinson Academy.
We verify CVs, qualifications, experience, references, and availability, confirm written and verbal references, and check qualifications against the safe manning document. Every candidate is interviewed before we recommend preferred candidates.
We create a dedicated employment cell company to employ the crew, issue employment agreements, process payroll, and put employment policies, procedures, and standing orders in place. Grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance monitoring are handled by our team, and crew are employed in line with MLC standards.
Tailored programmes in leadership, hospitality, resilience, and interpersonal skills, delivered through a blend of in-person, online, and virtual learning. Programmes are built from a needs analysis and designed to meet client requirements and industry standards.
