Hill Robinson is proud to present our 2025-26 seminar series in Palma de Mallorca, offering crew the opportunity to develop skills, expand industry knowledge, and enhance operations onboard.  

Running from November 2025 through May 2026, the series covers key areas including luxury guest service, compliance, career progression, recruitment, and wellbeing at sea. Each session is led by senior crew, captains, and industry experts, all sharing insights drawn from years of experience at the highest professional level. 

November 2025: Excellence at sea 

  • Thursday, 6 November: Guest experience essentials: What Heads of Department expect on board
