Denise Di Luigi appointed Charter Manager

She brings regulatory expertise to Hill Robinson's charter fleet

We’re delighted to welcome Denise Di Luigi to the Hill Robinson team as Charter Manager, based in Monaco. She will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Hill Robinson’s charter fleet, alongside the wider charter management team.

Holding dual Italian/Dutch nationality, Denise grew up in Rome before moving to Rotterdam at 17, where she completed a Bachelor’s in Marine Technology. She chose to begin her career focusing on regulations and compliance—to “build a strong foundation,” she explains—so, upon completing internships with leading Dutch builders and flag administrators, she joined Hill Robinson as Yacht Compliance Manager.

Such experience means she comes well equipped to handle the technical side of yacht management—ISM and flag compliance, for example—and is comfortable working directly with crew onboard.
