Kayleigh Liddell appointed Crew HR Manager

Kayleigh Liddell brings years of crew services experience to her new role at Hill Robinson

Hill Robinson is pleased to announce Kayleigh Liddell’s appointment as Crew HR Manager. Based in Antibes, Kayleigh will lead the Crew HR function, which  encompasses Crew employment and payroll, within Hill Robinson’s Crew Services.

Kayleigh began her career at Hill Robinson in 2022 as Yacht & Human Resources Administrator. Over four years, she has progressed through roles spanning crew employment and crew services coordination, building a thorough understanding of the pressures and priorities that define life at sea, as well as the support structures needed for them ashore.

“We are very excited to welcome Kayleigh into the role of Crew HR Manager,” says Glyn Barker, Head of Crew Services. “She will be drawing upon her experience, knowledge and skills in the Yachting and HR sectors, to bring the same levels of dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm that have made her such a valued member of the Crew Services team, to our customers, clients, partners, and crew.”

In her new role, Kayleigh will oversee Crew HR and our Crew wellbeing initiatives, including our Crew Voices Project. She will work closely with the wider Crew Services team to ensure all crew are well supported from their first placement through every stage of their life onboard.

“I’m excited to help Hill Robinson continue in its crew services journey as we take our next steps with the service, not just providing employment and payroll but delivering a comprehensive crew HR services,” says Kayleigh.
