Frédéric Dormeuil joins as Chief Operating Officer

The industry leader brings extensive experience in yachting, luxury, and UHNW markets

Hill Robinson is delighted to announce the appointment of Frédéric Dormeuil as Chief Operating Officer.

Based in Monaco and reporting to Niall Robinson, Frédéric will oversee operational strategy, commercial development, and UHNW client relationship management across Hill Robinson’s global operations.

His experience across the yachting and luxury industries will play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth and ensuring we continue to lead in service and operational excellence.”

Frédéric, a British national, brings extensive international experience and a deep understanding of the yachting and luxury sectors. He most recently served as CEO of SOS Yachting, a respected leader in the superyacht industry, and previously founded Universal Luxury Consulting in Monaco. His career also includes senior roles in his family’s luxury textile business, Dormeuil, with assignments across Europe and Asia, as well as several years in Singapore with the Richemont Group.

“Opportunities can present themselves; some catch your attention, others don’t,” says Frédéric. “This role at Hill Robinson was something I genuinely wanted to explore. The company has a quietly powerful presence within the industry, with both depth and ambition; a place I feel I can contribute meaningfully to grow personally and professionally.

“Not knowing Hill Robinson terribly well, my motivation to join grew throughout the interview process. When the office doors close, and the weather is fine with warm tarmac under the sun, Frédéric enjoys motorbiking along the winding mountain roads behind Nice. When clouds roll in and the roads turn slick, he’s just as content cooking a roast lamb and lighting a good fire.
