A familiar figure on the Croatian yachting scene, now available for charter with Hill Robinson

Hill Robinson is delighted to welcome SEAGULL II to our Central Agency charter fleet.

Born in the 1950s—though with roots in the Art Nouveau era—SEAGULL II once transported passengers along the Adriatic coastline to Dubrovnik, Kotor, Split, and Rijeka.

In 2004, she was bought by an owner who, inspired by nostalgia and her old-world charm, completed a refit to bring her to the modern world. Today, she’s a beloved superyacht updated for the modern charterer, still cruising the same grounds in which she was built.

“SEAGULL II is a piece of living maritime heritage,” says Nicolas Fry, Head of Charter Management. “What’s special about her is the fusion of eras: The unmistakable grandeur of 1930s ocean liners combined with all the comfort and refinement expected of modern superyachts. There’s a romantic, cinematic quality to her.

“She’s rare on the charter market. She occupies a rare niche as a genuine historical pedigree with documented legacy from her 1950s build and her 1930s Italian plans. She’s comparable only to a handful of yachts: CHRISTINA O, BRITTANIA, PACHA III—very few others. She’s part of a very exclusive club.”

At once masculine and romantic, SEAGULL II is perfect for those who wish to experience the sea on the decks of a vessel from the golden era of yachting. She can accommodate 12 guests across seven cabins, with a crew of nine.
