Niel Gow appointed as Commercial & Business Development Manager

A familiar face steps into a new role

Hill Robinson is delighted to announce the appointment of Niel Gow as Commercial & Business Development Manager, a role that reflect the Group’s focus on building its commercial capabilities and deepening the client relationships at the core of its work.

Based in Monaco, Niel will take responsibility for driving growth across Hill Robinson’s services lines—including project management, yacht management, and crew services—while developing new opportunities and strengthening Hill Robinson’s position in the industry.

He brings with him more than five years of experience across the Hill Robinson Group. Since 2023, he has led the Group’s yacht agency services in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the development of yachting along the Red Sea—a role he will continue.

“There is something satisfying about a role that lets you do what you love everyday: finding ways to make the experience of yachting better,” says Niel. “What I value most about Hill Robinson is that the focus has stayed where it belongs, on the people we serve.
